REST API Custom Webhooks

Enterprise integration extension that exposes your SiteMinder account as a modern REST and GraphQL API with granular scopes, per-key rate limits and full OAuth 2.0 support. Outbound webhooks fire on every reservation, modification, cancellation, no-show, arrival and departure event with a signed HMAC payload for tamper detection. Includes a retry policy with exponential backoff, a dead-letter queue for events that fail after ten attempts, and a full event replay tool for the trailing 30 days. The bridge is bidirectional: your ERP, data warehouse or property-technology stack can push reservations, guest updates and inventory changes back into SiteMinder without touching the underlying vendor API.
