Business-intelligence extension that pulls hourly snapshots from your SiteMinder account into a dedicated per-property data warehouse and surfaces them through drag-and-drop dashboards suitable for weekly commercial reviews. RevPAR, ADR, TrevPAR, GOPPAR, pickup at D-30, D-60 and D-90, on-the-books pace, competitive positioning and market-mix reports are all pre-built. A machine-learning forecasting layer projects RevPAR twelve months forward with confidence intervals; forecasts are re-trained nightly on the trailing 36 months of data. Optional rate recommendation engine proposes rate moves per date and per room type with a human approval workflow before writing back to SiteMinder. PDF and CSV exports ready for board packs, plus a scheduled email digest for the executive team.
