Recovery messages personalise the room type, arrival dates, indicative price and a deep link that resumes the reservation in one tap. Every step is A/B testable with an automatic winner promotion after statistical significance. GDPR-compliant: only guests who have provided explicit opt-in are enrolled, and the audit log records lawful basis per contact. Attribution reporting shows recovered revenue net of channel costs so revenue managers can see the true incremental impact against the SiteMinder baseline.
